Do i need to print my ticket?
No, no need to print just bring along your confirmation email which will have a scannable QR code attached. However if you feel more comfortable printing this then thats fine.
Will there be tickets on the gate?
Tickets will be available on the gate, however these maybe limited in number and cannot guarantee entry. Pre booking is strongly advised.
Can i get a refund if i can longer attend?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.
Can i get transfer my tickets?
Yes, you can pass your tickets on to somebody else, no name change is required.
What happens if the event is cancelled?
In the unfortunate event that we have to cancel the event a full refund will be given or an opportunity to transfer these tickets to another event will be given.
What age is a child ticket?
Children tickets are for those from Primary School Age up to the age of 16
Do pre school children need a ticket?
Children at pre school age or younger are FOC
